Krista Gilbert, PhD, LMFT, President of Growing Edge Consulting, is an adviser to growth companies and private equity firms in the behavioral healthcare sector. She has a passion for building businesses and deep experience in the challenges that face growing companies including platform scalability, organizational design, mergers and acquisitions, and leadership. Most recently Krista spent 4 years as the Chief Executive Officer at Constellation Behavioral Health, adding over $60 million in shareholder value. Previously she spent 9 years as a senior leader at Foundations Recovery Network, first as a facility CEO and subsequently as the West Coast Regional Director focused on growth initiatives and optimization. During her tenure at Foundations, the company grew shareholder value 60X across two private equity owners, ultimately selling to UHS for $350 million in 2015.
