Service Description

The Women in Leadership Workshop Series is for women in management or leadership positions in the behavioral health field. The Workshop Series is a 90-day, 4 hours per month commitment to developing your natural leadership strengths, growing your skillsets, expanding your areas of expertise, and cultivating a community of women leaders for the purpose of sharing, collaborating, and furthering our professional growth. This six-session workshop series will include the following topics: • Authentic leadership • The power of not knowing • Financial acumen • Leading through crisis • Business Development fundamentals • The value of grit • Work-life integration • Driving business performance The workshop dates are as follows: February 8 February 22 March 8 March 22 April 12 April 26
